It is always a beehive of activity on Saturday morning with cleaning inside and out all over the grounds. Students are good about doing the work here to help pay their fees. Some had a bigger struggle to get here this year. A group of three women walked 24 miles after the vehicle broke down. The men stayed with the luggage and were able to get transport to get themselves and the luggage here. Another man spent 4 days on the back of a truck to get here. One group of 3 came part of the way—a long part, on motor bikes. The motor bike part took the majority of one day.
We have five chicks that are running around which you might be able to see in the pictures. There are the two hens sitting on one nest and I could see for sure one chick. I think there will be more hatching today. We hope to be getting eggs soon. The eggs that come from Uganda are not so good since they are always on the road for so long.
